Let’s Play LA is proud to introduce Play Crew, our reimagined youth development experience built by teens, for teens. Whether you're looking to gain leadership experience through our employment pipeline or join unforgettable adventures with friends, Play Crew gives you real ways to get involved, grow, and have fun.

👕 Play Crew Employment Program

For teens interested in leadership, volunteering, and future paid roles with Let’s Play LA.

The Play Crew Employment Program is a structured, hands-on way for teens to step into real responsibility and work alongside our coaches and operations team. Designed to be a Volunteer-to-Employment pipeline, this program helps youth gain critical soft skills, community service hours, and eventually, paid opportunities.

🔑 What You’ll Do:

Start as a youth volunteer at camps, events, parties, or behind the scenes
Choose your track: Field Support or Operations Support
Attend an Intro Call + Orientation
Track hours, earn perks, and get evaluated for leadership roles or part-time employment
Join seasonal trainings and teen team check-ins

💼 Employment Pathway:

✅ 0–20 hrs: Intro phase + basic responsibilities
✅ 20–60 hrs: Growing role, peer mentorship, event support
✅ 60+ hrs: Eligible for paid roles (pending performance & availability)
✅ 80+ hrs: Access to Team Lead opportunities and recommendation letters

🏞️ Play Crew Adventure Program

For teens seeking connection, confidence, and unforgettable memories.

The Adventure Program is for teens who want to get out, explore LA, and make friends—no volunteering required. These are curated trips and social events just for teens, designed to build connection and spark excitement in a screen-free, judgment-free setting.

🌈 Upcoming Adventures May Include:

Beach Bonfire + Sunset Games
Pokémon Go Walks + Game Nights
Field Day Challenges + Outdoor Obstacle Courses
Amusement Parks + Teen Hangouts
Escape Rooms, Laser Tag, and More!

🧭 What’s Included:

All Play Crew Adventures are staff-led and include transportation (if off-site), gear, supplies, and snacks.
Teens participate as attendees—no volunteering required.
Ideal for ages 12–17 looking to dip their toes into the Let’s Play LA community.
